Commission Structure

Beginning August 17, 2024 agents will be required to inform clients, customers and other agents/brokers as to how the commission will be paid.. Agents/Brokers will no longer be able to include this information on the MLS and it's suggested to include this information on this website. Notice to Buyer: A buyer agent’s compensation is fully negotiable and is not set by law. Notice to Seller: A seller agent’s compensation is fully negotiable and is not set by law.
